Vermillion Chosen for Sportsmanship, Ethics, and Integrity (SEI) Award

Arlington Head Boys Basketball Coach Jason Vermillion has been chosen by the Ohio High School Basketball Coaches Association (OHSBCA) for the SEI Award! Coach Vermillion is entering his 27th season as Arlington’s head coach with a winning record of 411-193, winning 6 conference championships, and appearing in the Division IV state semifinals in 2011-2012. 

District 8 Director Aaron Elwer stated “Jason has coached in District 8 for 26 years at Arlington High School. With a consistently successful and well-respected program, he is the perfect example of someone who shows sportsmanship and integrity for the game of basketball. Coach Vermillion has always been a respected coach in District 8 and across the state." 

Coach Vermillion has coached many players over the years and has built relationships within the community outside of basketball. Congratulations, coach and THANK YOU for all you do for Arlington and its students!
