Bus Transportation Sign Up

Click here to sign up for transportation! You only need to complete this survey if you are requesting to have your child(ren) (Pre-K-12) transported to (AM) and/or from (PM) school by school bus. This survey should be completed prior to August 19th. (One survey per bus rider)

Approximate bus route times and bus assignments will be available at Open House on August 26th. See Mr. Hazelton in the school cafeteria for this information.
