We are sure many of you know, the mask guidance in the state of Ohio has changed over the past weekend for vaccinated persons. Even though it has changed for those vaccinated, we wanted to provide a quick reminder that the mask order for masking in K-12 school settings (available here), as well as all other health orders, remain in effect until June 2, 2021. Most of our student body will not be fully vaccinated by the end of the school year and so the mask requirement remains in effect for Arlington and all other schools in Ohio.
We are down to eight (8) days of school (9 days if we include graduation) left for the 2020-21 school year. We appreciate everyone who has and will continue to wear their masks in the school and on the school campus when six-foot social distancing cannot be achieved.
As we reach the end of the school year and the pandemic, we commend everyone on their dedication to making this school year a positive experience.
Let’s work together through the rest of the school year, ending on a positive note and allowing us to celebrate our graduating seniors on May 30.
